ROAD RUNNER

The Robust Runner Programme is a progressive strength and conditioning plan developed by elite coaches Dane Mitchell and Maj Skok in collaboration with performance physiotherapist Oli Williamson. Built on years of experience working with Olympic champions and everyday runners, this programme is designed to improve your running performance by building full-body strength, robustness, and running efficiency.

Each week features two intelligently structured sessions, combining dynamic warm-ups, mobility, activation, plyometrics, and strength work tailored to the needs of runners. With exercise variations for all levels and monthly progression built in, you’ll develop the robustness to run stronger, faster and for longer, with confidence.
