TRIathlon
The Robust Triathlete Programme is a progressive strength and conditioning plan developed by elite coaches Dane Mitchell and Maj Skok in collaboration with performance physiotherapist Oli Williamson. Built on years of experience working with Olympic champions and recreational triathletes, this programme is designed to improve your swim position, bike power and run robustness and performance.
Each week features two intelligently structured sessions, combining dynamic warm-ups, mobility, activation, plyometrics, and strength work tailored to the needs of triathletes.
